Shipping policy

 

Domestic Shipping:
We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United parcel service (UPS) to ship our products. This includes, First Class, Priority, and UPS Ground. All of your shipments are tracked; we will send you tracking information via email within 5 business days of your shipment.

International Shipping:
We use one international options for First Class shipping (under 4lbs):

• USPS First Class- please note these shipments cannot be tracked.

Please note that on average it takes 3-5 weeks for international shipments to arrive via First Class. We ask that you plan accordingly for holidays and high volume times. 

 If your order is over 4lbs. they will be shipped Priority Mail, includes tracking services. Please allow up to three weeks for your package to be delivered.

We will send you your tracking information via email within 1 business day of shipment.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Packages which are returned to us because they are deemed ‘undeliverable’ by the shipping service selected at checkout will be refunded immediately. Because of this we ask that you review your submitted shipping address before completing your purchase.
